Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We try to dispatch all orders within 7 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • We currently offer free shipping all over India on orders above Rs. 3,499. For orders below Rs. 3,499, shipping charges are flat rate Rs. 299. Expedited Delivery is possible on request with additional charges. 

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary.

4. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your shipment.

5. Shipping Partners:

  • We partner with reputed courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. 

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

8. Change of Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure your address and phone number is written correctly to avoid any hiccups after shipping. If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after the order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes that may be applicable.
